Our Hiring Process

Stage 1

Initial Interview

A first live conversation to establish mutual fit. We'll explore your story, what's drawing you toward ProEdge, and how you've grown through feedback and hard moments. You'll have room to ask your questions too — this stage runs both directions.
Stage 2

Hiring Leader Interview

Ninety minutes with the leader you'd report to, going deep on the work: outcomes you've owned, organizations you've built, and the judgment behind your biggest calls. We interview around results, not résumé chronology, so expect to get specific. This is also where you should press hardest on what the role really demands — clarity now serves us both.
Stage 3

Cross-Leader Panel

Before the onsite, you'll meet senior leaders from across the business. We're looking at how you operate beyond your own function — how you build trust with peers, navigate competing priorities, and strengthen the whole organization rather than just your part of it. At this level, that's not a nice-to-have; it's the job.
Stage 4

Onsite

The onsite is a full day at ProEdge, and we don't hold anything back. You'll sit with our leadership team, work through a realistic exercise built from the real challenges of the role, share lunch, and spend meaningful time with the people who'd work under your leadership — their voice carries real weight in our decision. The day closes with an honest reflection together: what you learned, what surprised you, and what questions or concerns either of us still holds. Senior leaders shape this culture more than anyone, so we invest a full day making sure it's right — for you as much as for us.
